By accessing or using Cyphora's website, desktop application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by OmniCircle Network Technology LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States) ("Cyphora," "we," "our," or "us").
Cyphora provides application-bound file encryption and protection against ransomware and information-stealing malware. The Service includes a Windows desktop client, a web-based account portal, and associated backend infrastructure.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and recovery phrase. Cyphora cannot recover your recovery phrase — it is generated and stored locally on your device.
Cyphora employs a zero-knowledge encryption architecture. Your encryption keys are derived from your recovery phrase and stored locally. We do not have access to your encryption keys and cannot decrypt your protected files. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase. Loss of your recovery phrase will result in permanent loss of access to your encrypted files. For Shared Domains (team share=1), Cyphora stores a domain recovery key as described in our Security documentation.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your protected files remain readable — you retain access to your data.

The Service, including its software, branding, and documentation, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Cyphora and OmniCircle Network Technology LLC retain all rights not expressly granted.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WHILE CYPHORA IS DESIGNED TO PREVENT UNAUTHORIZED FILE ACCESS, NO SECURITY SYSTEM IS INFALLIBLE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR INVULNERABLE TO ALL ATTACK VECTORS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNICIRCLE NETWORK TECHNOLOGY LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR SECURITY BREACHES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your locally encrypted files remain accessible through the desktop client.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
